General. Lean In Ministries, Inc. (“LIM”) is a registered 501(c)(3) IRS tax-exempt, nonprofit, religious, missions organization that trains, equips, and sends short-term mission teams to both Peru and South Asia, as well as supports our vetted mission partner projects that further our purpose of evangelism and discipleship. Lean In Ministries, Inc. operates multiple online platforms, including this Website, multiple social media sites, and general Mission Trip Application and email communication sites (“LIM Online Platforms”) for the personal enjoyment of our users. Your use of LIM Online Platforms is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Use, including Lean In Ministries, Inc.’s Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference. Use of LIM Online Platforms constitutes your agreement to all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use LIM Online Platforms.

Your use of the LIM Online Platforms after any changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use. These materials are owned by LIM or its partners or are used with permission of their owners or as otherwise authorized by law. LIM Materials include, but are not limited to, the text, photographs, images, illustrations, music, audio clips, video clips, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials contained in LIM Online Platforms and the selection and arrangement thereof. Usage Policy. Donations. Any user may become a donor (“Donor”) by pledging a donation to Lean In Ministries, Inc. through the donation tools on this website. You acknowledge and agree that you are under no obligation to become a Donor or to pledge a donation and that you will be solely responsible for any decision to become a Donor. You understand that your contribution is being made to Lean In Ministries, Inc. and that LIM has exclusive legal control over all donations. You agree that while donors may indicate preferences toward the use of donations, and LIM with attempt to honor such preferences, the use of any funds contributed is subject to the sole discretion and control of LIM. You agree that the provisions of the LIM Privacy Policy shall control in addition to these Terms of Use and when you make a donation you agree to the terms and conditions of all policies. You represent and agree that all payment information you provide to LIM or LIM’s third party service providers will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update such payment information as necessary to maintain such information as true, accurate, current and complete. In the event that your payment cannot be processed due to inaccurate payment information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to immediately provide LIM with alternative payment information to fulfill your donation pledge. You agree that all donations are final and will not be returned, in whole or in part.

Posting And Comments. User or third-party submissions or postings are the views of the author or poster. They do not necessarily reflect the views of LIM.
